Config Manager Run-Time Error

   Hello - I hope someone can help me.    I just installed ATR72-500 and when I try to launch the Config Manager, I receive the following error message.
ATR_Config_Manager

Run-time error '-2147221164 (80040154)':
Class not registered

How can I resolve this?

Any help is appreciated.

	Any solution? I also have a problem with Configuration manager. No error number, just message in Russian. At first run Manager worked fine. File from FAQ section does not help.
