The Software Wrapper

If you have made a purchase using the Software Wrapper, you can find many of the services you will need regarding your purchase on this page.

One of the most common requests is for replacement key files, or for the reactivation of key files that have been over used or submitted with an invalid password multiple times. Other requests are for maintainence of your key file or order information. Please check the following links below and make sure you are making a request to the right department. Some of the services below are automated, so there should be little delay in processing.

Click here to obtain a replacement key for your downloaded product
Note: Key files were originally saved in the "C:\Company Name" folder, with "Company Name" being the company that is marketing the software. Keys are also saved in a backup folder that you likely selected during the purchase process. Check these locations before you submit a request for a replacement key.

Click here to reactivate a de-activated key file
Note: Keys are automatically disabled if they are accessed multiple times, or a password for the key has been submitted incorrectly multiple times.

Click here to obtain a lost order number
This is necessary in order to reactivate a key file or to access other services such as obtaining your Proof of Purchase Certificate that some vendors may require.

Click here to obtain a lost password for an order
Passwords are required to reinstall many products.

Click here to retrieve a lost Proof of Purchase Certificate
The information in this certificate may be requred by vendors in order to provide additional after-sale services.

Click here to have your e-mail address changed on an order
Sometimes you may have a change in an e-mail address, made an error in the submission of your e-mail address, or need a password reset on your order. Note: You must be able to provide certain verifiable information about your original order for us to be able to change information assocated with your order.
