Hi All,
Newbie here! I originally purchased the download version of this product but it wont work on my sim. I run two HDDs one with Win 10 and one with Win 7, on both the problem is the same, stuttering an sudden drops of FPS. Because of this I shall probably claim a refund.
Because of these problems I bought from a well known online shop a CD version of the same product, this allowed me to install to my FSX sim and to my FS9 sim both on the Win 7 HDD.
One problem I have is with the FSX version, with both engines running (Not Hotel Mode) if I disconnect the External Power from the A/C Wild all the supplies drop out, as if the engines were not running, if I Taxi out the external Power is automatically disconnected and everything stays connected.
If I do the same procedure with the FS9 sim it all works as advertised,ie, with props turning the A/C Wild is connected and stays that way when I switch the External power off.
The CD version I purchased has the FS9 version to SP 3, and the FSX version to SP 1. I have installed the  Update and the Rain Mod. A question here, do I need to install SP3?
Ok anybody got any ideas?

Best Regards

Hi Mog

I have a full size atr touch screen sim using 6 iiyama touch screens and a real tq .

I tried fsx to begin with but suffered a lot of problems, basically fsx couldn't handle it so I use fs2004 .
It works fantastic check out my YouTube clips.

Hi Dave,
I gave up with the ATR, and got my money back. Every time I tried to fly from cold and dark and use the Auto Pilot the A/C went haywire, there are lots of threads on this forum about it, I should also say I tried it in FS9 and it was the same. I always run my A/C from cold and dark, the A/C I have all were A/C I worked on in Real Life, so when this one failed I was a little miffed as you can probably guess. It strikes me that Flight one got an old product tried to tweak it to work on FSX and buggered it.
I'm glad you are happy with the product and I wish you many hours of enjoyment, and of course that it continues to work as advertised.

Hi Mog

Thanks for your email this afternoon .
I woukd try it again ,ive been using it for a few years now and recently decided to build an all touch screen atr sim using the flight 1 software .
To be honest its the best atr model at the moment .
I also use the caranedo atr in vr but the systems are not realistic as thecflight1 , I know because I'm type rated on the atr as a licenced aircraft engineer .
If you need any help just let me know .

Here's a wee clip testing the real tq

I have used ATR for many years with no issues with FSX and Win7. Unfortunately I had to give up this plane when I migrated to Windows 10, even though Flight1 indicates compatibility with Win10, it seems that all users have the same problem i.e. after 5-6 minutes of use the FPS fall to 5-6 and therefore completely unusable.

Greetings to Mog and Dave!
