Hallo everybody,
if an VOR is combined with a DME, I can see the distance on the HSI-Instrument. But where can I see the distance to a VOR-DME on Nav 2? Or how can I switch the display of the distance between VOR 1 and VOR 2? Thanks in advance, Gunther |

Hello Gunther,
happy to see yet another german ATR friend. DME2 is only Display on the first officers EHSI, never on the captains EHSI. To display a second DME readout on the EHSI (often needed), you can use the DME Hold function of the VOR/DME1 Receiver. If you fly as first officer, you cannot Display DME1 on the FOs EHSI and use the DME2 Hold function instead. Greetings from the Westerwald Bodo

welche Überraschung, daß nach so langer Zeit doch noch eine Reaktion auf meine Frage kommt. Und dazu noch eine qualifizierte Antwort! Danke vielmals, ich bin z. Zt. etwas unter Druck, werde Deine Tipps aber so bald wie möglich ausprobieren. Was hältst Du von einem direkten Kontakt, um mal solche Fragen zu klären?
