License File Not Found

   Hi Everyone,
I've just re-installed FSX in 64bit Vista Ultimate to sort a problem with the pmdg. I previously had the ATR installed but now, no matter what I try, when I try & load the ATR after the install, I get a 'License File Not Found' error.
I've tried all sorts to correct the problem, I've searched this forum for clues, even got a new key,  but nothing I've tried has cured the error.
I imagine I've forgotton something but can't think what.
Any ideas anyone ?

	Good day hall, On January 14, 2019 I bought the ATR Flight One from Flight One Software. Following a change of PC, I have to reinstall this aircraft but I cannot find the registration key. Could you send it back to me please. Thank you and have a nice day
